1. General Terms of Sale

By offering gold, silver, or diamonds for evaluation and sale to Soni Gold Buyer, you expressly represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the items or have uncontested legal authorization to transact the property.

2. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Theft Policy

Soni Gold Buyer strictly complies with the Indian Penal Code and Gujarat police guidelines. We do not purchase stolen, looted, or fake gold under any circumstances. Anyone attempting to sell stolen items or counterfeit metals will be immediately handed over to law enforcement authorities.

3. Age & Identity Requirements

• Sellers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to sell gold independently.
• Individuals under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid written consent and matching identification.
• Original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID / Passport) is mandatory for every transaction.

4. Valuation & Finality of Sale

Gold valuation is computed transparently based on net weight and tested karat purity multiplied by the prevailing live market rate. Once an offer is accepted and payment is disbursed, ownership transfers to Soni Gold Buyer and the transaction is irreversible.

5. Pledged Gold Services

When assisting with the release of pledged gold from banks or NBFCs, the original borrower must be physically present at the bank branch with authentic loan documentation and identification.
